The Spirit of Breath has the power to contact our inner strength and connect us with an energy that is bigger than we are. It is an energy that supports us in our every day life. Working with the connected breath as a bridge between thinking and feeling, as well as integrating spirituality into daily life are essential in Tilke’s work, which is based on acceptance, respect and love. In this atmosphere, clients become aware of their true Self, their essence, and thus of the deeper meaning of life.

Tilke is mother of a daughter and a son. She has six grandchildren.

Concise, candid, insightful, wise... this book is penned by a true maverick in the field of integrative therapy. Tilke blends theory and case study in a very skilful way. A must read for workers in the helping professions and in fact, for anyone wishing to enhance their relational life-skills.
